The Young At Heart will meet on Tuesday, Oct. 11 at 11 a.m. in Langford Hall. Representatives from Rufty Holmes Center in Salisbury will speak during the program about the types of resources available through the center. A light lunch of soup, cornbread, and dessert will follow the program.

Come dressed in costume and join us for a morning of family-friendly Halloween activities here at First Church for our annual Halloween Festival from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. We’ll have carnival-style games, free candy, a haunted house and more!

All area First Responders are invited to join us on Wednesday, Nov. 2, from 6-9 a.m., in Langford Hall, for a well-deserved breakfast to recognize all the hard work they do in protecting and serving the citizens in the community. We will serve eggs, bacon, turkey sausage, grits, biscuits, jelly, OJ, and coffee.
